Orders & Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order—including orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, or sharing the same billing/shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout. Additionally, we may reject orders we believe are placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Our Sites may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability. Special Order Types (Subscriptions, Pre‑orders & Try Before You Buy)
We offer certain items as subscriptions, pre‑orders, or “try before you buy” options. This section explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions – When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery (unless you pay in advance). Subscriptions may auto‑renew; if you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time via the order management link in your confirmation email. For returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Pre‑orders – A pre‑order reserves a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance when the item ships. You may cancel a partially paid pre‑order before it is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not accepted, but you may request a refund (partial or full) as outlined in our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy – For these items, we authorize your payment method at checkout and allow you a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return it within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Contents or the Sites.
Warranty & Product Disclaimer
Calenys provides limited warranties on its products only as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy. However, for skincare and personal care items, we do not offer any warranty regarding individual skin compatibility, allergic reactions, or subjective preferences (e.g., scent, texture, or color). We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Calenys disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Return & Refund Policy for Personal Care Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products are not eligible for return under our standard return policy. If you are not satisfied with such a product, you may choose our No‑Return 40% Refund option as detailed in our separate Return Policy. This policy applies to all opened and unopened personal care items, except for cases of damage or shipping errors, which are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
Pricing Policy
Reference prices (e.g., struck‑through or displayed comparison prices) reflect previous selling prices for the product or a comparable item—either in our stores or online—or represent estimated market values. These reference prices may not reflect current selling prices in every area or on every date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
