Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions, Pre‑orders, and Try‑Before‑You‑Buy

Certain products on our Site may be offered as subscriptions, pre‑orders, or “try before you buy” options. This policy explains how you may modify or cancel such purchases, and how we process payments and fulfil these orders. This policy supplements our general Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict, the provisions below shall prevail for these specific order types.

1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product(s) at the frequency and for the duration you choose at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged prior to each delivery, unless you opt to prepay the full subscription term.

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the initial term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the order management link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices or product offerings upon renewal, provided we give you reasonable advance notice. Continued acceptance of deliveries after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

For returns of subscription items (outside of defects or shipping errors), please refer to our standard Return Policy.

2. Pre‑orders
A pre‑order allows you to reserve a product that is not yet in stock or not yet released. At the time of checkout, we may either (a) collect no payment, (b) collect a partial deposit, or (c) charge the full amount, depending on the product and our current policy. If we collect a deposit or full payment, we will store your payment method and will charge the remaining balance (if any) when the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre‑order only if (i) it has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., not shipped), and (ii) you have not paid the full price (e.g., deposit only). In such cases, we will refund your deposit in full within a reasonable time. Once a pre‑order has been fulfilled (shipped), cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may return the item in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel pre‑orders if the product becomes unavailable or if we discover a pricing error. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amounts collected.

3. Try Before You Buy
For items marked “try before you buy,” we will authorise your payment method (but not charge it) at checkout. You will receive the item along with a specified trial period (as indicated at purchase, typically 14 days). During this period, you may try the product and decide whether to keep it.

If you decide to keep the item, you do not need to take any action; after the trial period ends, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price. If you decide not to keep the item, you must return it to us within the trial period, in its original condition (unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and labels intact). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

If you fail to return the item before the trial period expires, the charge will be processed automatically. In the event that your payment method is declined, we reserve the right to pursue payment or to refer the matter to a collection agency.

All try‑before‑you‑buy items are subject to our hygiene and safety restrictions: for skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, so we strongly recommend you test only a small amount and do not open the seal unless you are certain you wish to keep the product. Opened personal care items returned during the trial period will not be eligible for a refund, and you will still be charged the full amount.

4. General Provisions

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription, pre‑order, or try‑before‑you‑buy offering at any time, with reasonable notice.

• In the event of a cancellation by us (due to product unavailability, discontinuation, or error), you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

• These provisions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising from these special orders shall be resolved in accordance with our general Terms and Conditions.
