How do I manage my subscription?
Click Manage Subscription in the footer (or Account at the top of the page) and log in with the email address you used at checkout. From there you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change your next delivery date
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription
How do I cancel?
Open the subscription portal (steps above), find your subscription and click Cancel. Cancellation takes effect right away — you won't be charged again. If your next order has already shipped, that order can't be cancelled, but no future orders will be created.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. In the portal you can pause for as long as you like, or skip just the next delivery.
When does a change take effect?
Changes made before your next billing date apply to the upcoming order. You can see your next charge date in the portal.
